Today started well with a nutritious snack for the birds.
Radish however, the birds are not so crazy off, I keep trying
Radish, apple, beetroot, quinoa mash, mango, cocos, bee pollen, hulled hemp, buckwheat
This morning I present a delicious meal of fresh fruit and vegetables and thawed mash:
Two different pasta / bean mix, carrots, zucchini, radish, alfalfa sprouts and apple.
It was quite a while back that I’ve made pellets, so today I make a new batch!
Rikki was my help today, who is currently very possessive of the things he hold more than 2 seconds… It was quite a commotion in the kitchen of Rikki claimed almost everything I was working with… It was a lot of noise from such a small bird, but it makes not a lot of impression:-p
Red and yellow peppers, broccoli, red cabbage, banana, chili peppers, pear, mixed nuts, radish.
Rikki loves it fresh
Stir everything together
And now in the dehydrator.
Photos to follow of the pellets when finished!
This morning I prepared my lunch. And also a cup of mixed veggies for the birds!
zucchini, yellow and red peppers, jungle peanuts, carrot, cucumber, banana, red cabbage, green lettuce and radish.
Yesterday I received the organic seed mixture which I had ordered. The birds still fond of seeds and they get them regularly as a treat, a tablespoon in the afternoon. Don’t you think it looks delicious?
And this got the birds this morning:
Rocket lettuce, yellow peppers, kiwi, pear and radishes.
Cooked seeds, beets, radish, quinoa and pomegranate powder.
