Cooked veggies with pasta

Yesterday I make a batch cooked veggies  and frozen t in handy portions.
What is in the cooking pot:

Organic wholemeal pasta spirals (consisting of hard wheat semolina, water, tomatoes and spinach)
paprika
spinach
oregana
garlic
pumpkin
split peas
corn
root
red pepper

In addition, some buckwheat seed, hulled hemp seeds, cashew nut pieces, black sesame seeds, bee pollen, apple and pomegranate seeds.

Cookingpot of rice and veggies

I like to make pellets again, it’s been a while that I made it. I will order this week some lovely organic vegetables so sathurday I can make some fresh pellets that the birds like so much 🙂

Today I cooked a batch  ‘cooking pot’ made of rice and vegetables.
I freeze this in handy portions.

What’s in it:

Rice: different types of rice
Grains: wheat, barley, buckwheat, oats, corn
Vegetables: peppers, spinach, pumpkin, peas, corn, carrot, red pepper

You can also pimp it up when served:

In this case I add grape, almond pieces, bee pollen, hemp and buckwheat.

And this today: Puffed quinoa, sunflower seeds, black and white sesame seeds, orange juice and a pistas nut.

I don’t use quite a while fruit powder, which I will soon order again, it is a fine addition!
