Golden yummy bits

Today I made a treat for the birds. It is so nice to provide something else!
Ingredients: (and this time I sort of measured it!)
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/3 cup quinoa flakes
1/4 cup mixed raw nuts
1/2 cup mango (thawed)
5 dates
1 tablespoon blond flaxseed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds/ pine nuts / pumpkin seeds (mixed)
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 tablespoon palm kernel oil
1eetlepel fruit powder
1 eggDates, nuts and mango through the food processor and then mix everything together.
In the oven for 25 minutes at 350˚ F

    Till now this is the best ‘cookie’ ever.
    I had Tommy kept away from the counter because he did tried to grab a piece again and again lol.
    He loves warm snacks and these chunks just came out of the oven….
    But Kiko and Rikki are also very enthusiastic about these bits!

  2. We have several exotic birds living with us. I try to feed them a healthy “natural”diet. I am delighted to find your recipes! Thanks for sharing! I have a question about this one, Is the temperature of 80 degrees F right? Our oven is in F but does not go that low.

  3. We do everything in Celcius, and I see I do the math wrong!!!! *oh ohhhh*
    It must be 350˚ F, I will change it in the blog.
    My oven will not go that low eather…
